The Embassy of the United States of America in Belgrade, ERSTE bank, Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and European Movement in Serbia (EMinS) implement program "Share Your  Knowledge - Become a Mentor" for the fifth year.

Mentor’s model is widely promoted on international level and it successfully realized in several countries across the globe, where thousands of established women leaders are being matched with groups of young professionals to engage in career enhancing dialogue. This project in Serbia is carefully developed and improved so it can address needs of women in Serbian society. The process of Serbia's European integration is a process of institutional reform and building a democratic and prosperous society, empowered and successful women are one of the pillars of this society.

The main goal of the project “Share Your Knowledge – Become a Mentor” is to bring together leading experts from different professions (business, public and civil sectors) to share their knowledge and experiences with young women eager to become successful in their field of work.

The project will create an opportunity for young women to develop their careers and take steps forward in creating healthy foundations for future long-term cooperation. The final goal of the program is to strengthen the position of women in Serbia, economically and professionally.

This mentoring program is focused on strengthening networking skills, gaining new experience, advancing skills necessary for job seeking and further career development, leaning about possibilities for international exchange, application procedures, etc.

Every year, the Vital Voices Global Leadership Network organizes a series of mentoring events all over the world on the same day. The program “Share Your Knowledge – Become a Mentor” is a part of this global event, which was initiated by the ERSTE Bank and the Embassy of the United States, in cooperation with the European Movement in Serbia.
